What information we collect

We only collect information that you voluntarily submit through the quotation request form, by WhatsApp or by email.

• Company name and contact person
• Email address and phone number
• Country and, where provided, company website
• Details of your enquiry: product, quantity, packaging, destination, Incoterm, requested date, specifications and message

Why we collect it

This information is used solely to handle your commercial enquiry, to respond to it and, where applicable, to follow up on any resulting commercial relationship. It is not sold, rented or used for advertising.

How your request is transmitted

The information you enter is formatted by our server and then opened in your own WhatsApp application as a pre-filled message. You are the one who sends it: until you press send, your request does not reach us. This website does not store enquiries in a database, and the content of the form fields is not written to its technical logs. To limit automated submissions, the IP address a submission comes from is processed temporarily; it is not stored with your request.

Recipients and processors

When you send your request it passes through WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta, and is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy and to the terms of your own account. Writing to us also discloses your WhatsApp number to us. The website itself is hosted by our hosting provider, acting on our behalf. No other disclosure to third parties takes place. These providers will be named in the Legal Notice before the site goes publicly live.

Retention

Enquiries received are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and, where applicable, any resulting commercial relationship. The precise retention period will be stated here following legal review.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. No analytics tool is installed. That is why you are not shown a consent banner.

Your rights

You may request access to the information concerning you, its correction or its deletion, by writing to us at the address shown on the Contact page. Depending on where you are resident, applicable law may grant you further rights.
