Documents that may accompany a transaction

Issued by the laboratory for the lot concerned. The parameters analysed depend on the product and on what the buyer asks for.
Technical Data Sheet
Provided according to the information made available by the supplier for the product offered.
Origin documents
Issued by the competent body. Which document is required depends on the destination and the applicable regime.
Commercial documents
Invoice, packing list and contractual documents, drawn up according to the transaction.
Shipping documents
Issued by the carrier or freight forwarder, according to the agreed Incoterm and mode of transport.
Applicable customs documents
The formalities and papers required depend on the product, the destination and local import regulations.
Lot traceability
Organised from the information the supplier is able to provide for the lot concerned.

Product characteristics
Analytical characteristics are specific to each lot and are communicated with the commercial offer, according to the information available from the supplier. We do not publish generic values on this website: they would carry no contractual weight and could be misleading.
